Mountain House® Pro-Pak® lasagna with meat sauce is a delicious combination of tomato sauce, pasta, beef, seasonings, and a blend of Italian cheeses. A convenient, lightweight freeze dried meal, vacuum packed in a standup zipper pouch to be compact and easy to prepare. Great for backpacking, camping, or in an emergency kit. Also good for home food storage. Just add boiling water, wait a few minutes, and enjoy.

Ingredients: Lasagna: Tomatoes (tomatoes, tomato juice, salt, citric acid, calcium chloride), Tomato Paste, Enriched Macaroni Product (semolina [wheat], egg whites, niacin, iron [ferrous sulfate], thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Cooked Beef( beef, flavoring, salt), Contains 2% or Less of Dehydrated Onion, Modified Corn Starch, Salt, Sugar, Spices, Sugar, Garlic Powder, and Dehydrated Parsley Flakes. Cheese Blend: Mozzarella Cheese Flavoring (mozzarella cheese [cultured milk, salt, enzymes], calcium caseinate, corn oil, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, sodium caseinate, salt, gluconodelta-lactone, maltodextrin, sodium aluminum phosphate, butter (cream), natural and artificial flavors), and Dehydrated Parmesan and Romano (made from cow's milk) Cheeses (part-skim, cheese culture, salt, enzymes).

Directions: Easy to Prepare:
1. Open package at tear notch. Remove and discard oxygen absorber from pouch. (The enclosed oxygen absorber contains powdered iron oxide to ensure product freshness.)
2. Carefully add 1-3/4 cups (14 oz.) boiling water to pouch.
3. Stir thoroughly and close zipper. Let stand 8-9 minutes. Stir and serve. For your convenience, eat right out of the pouch.
