If you are unsatisfied with any normal purchase, you may return it, upon approval, within 30 days of the purchase, excluding shipping charges. We only ask that you return the item in new condition and in its original packaging. (Some restocking fees may apply to certain items - you will be notified immediately if this fee applies to your return.)
This return policy DOES NOT apply to large corporate orders, or special orders. In these cases written approval is required and is subject to a restocking fee.

At no time under any circumstances will our staff reveal to anyone information sensitive or otherwise to any third party. The only exception of course, would be any documents demanded by law enforcement in compliance with due process. With our store located in Oregon, there is current legislation offering protection against the "Patriot Act". No information will be volunteered, for any reason.
Shipping
We ship orders within 1 to 2 days via UPS Ground or UPS 2nd Day Air for an additional charge. We also ship through USPS Airmail Parcel Post for international orders. If you need other shipping arrangements, please call our office at (541) 826-8020.
