Question: Will you ship to a location outside of the U.S.?

Answer: No, Unfortunately We do no ship outside the US.

Question: I don't see the item i'm looking for on your web site. Can you help me?

Answer: Email us a description, manufacturers item number, anything you can to help locate the item .. and we'll do our best to help you out.

Question: How long after I place my order can I expect to receive it?

Answer: If your order is placed by noon PST, and we have your item(s) in stock, we will make every effort to ship it the next day. Orders received after noon PST will most likely ship the next day. Orders placed on a Friday after noon PST will ship the following Monday.

Question: Will you ship to an APO?

Answer: Yes, We can ship to an APO. APO orders will ship via The United States Postal Service. (UPS does not deliver to APO's)

Question: What if I place an order and you don't have my item in stock?

Answer: We will immediately email you and explain what we can do to expedite your order. Once we hear back from you that you are ok with any time delays - we will process your order (your Credit Card will be charged at the time we order your item(s) and get the ball rolling. Once your item(s) arrive they will ship out and you will get an email with tracking info.

Question: How accurate is your shipping calculator?

Answer: The shipping calculator is very complex - and requires a lot of seperate info to be entered - and then gathered together - with your order. We've done our best to make it as accurate as possible, but occasionally it does seem a little off. If the payment you submit turns out to be way off - please be assured we will only charge the actual plus a very minor handling fee. If the shipping fee is under-estimated, we'll contact you so we can work out the details before your CC is charged. We do not gouge our customers on shipping fees.
