Process prospecting material with the Stansport Compact 30-Inch Aluminum Gold Sluice Box. Designed to concentrate gold-bearing gravel and sediment, this portable sluice gives recreational gold seekers a practical tool for working a stream. Its aluminum body and carry handles make it convenient to move between your vehicle, camp and prospecting spot.
Inside the channel, removable riffles work with expanded metal mesh to help retain fine gold particles as water carries lighter material through the box. The removable components also provide access to the collection area when it is time to recover concentrates and clean up after a session.
- Compact working length: A 30-inch sluice suited to a portable prospecting setup.
- Aluminum box construction: A lightweight body for carrying into the field.
- Gold collection system: Removable riffles and expanded metal mesh help capture fine flakes.
- Convenient handling: Carry handles support transport and positioning.
- Overall dimensions: Approximately 30 inches long, 11 inches wide and 2.5 inches high.
Use it as the concentrating stage in your gold prospecting routine, then examine the collected material with your separate panning tools. It is a useful addition for hobbyists who want a compact sluice alongside their gold pan.
