Its shaped grip ends make this underliner distinct from a plain oval board, while the recessed center is designed specifically for the handleless LOSH3 griddle. Use it to present fajitas, steaks, or breakfast dishes with a protective layer between hot cast iron and the table.
The cross-laminated hardwood has a walnut-stain appearance that pairs naturally with seasoned cast iron. A computer-routed shape and water-based lacquer finish create a coordinated serving accessory for family meals, cabin dining, and campsite tables after the cooking is finished.
